Never try with this developer, they are already cheating the customers of SLS Symphony. Asking them to pay extra for Khata transfer and transfer of electricity, etc.,
No builder in bangalore provides khata transfer and electrical transfer without any extra money.
Alway there is bribe bein involved since without which you would not get your khata transfer and electrical transfer.
The problem is nt at builder side bt the problem is at govt officer. If you have to raise a complaint then first catch the root of cause and then complaint again builder.
No builder in the bangalore can provide your khata transfer without fullfilling Govt Official demands...so they too are helpless.
ALL builders will charge extra for khata & electricity transfer.This will be after registration.
